Tax Information
For customers in the United States, the YCA Online Store calculates state sales tax only. Any additional local taxes will be added at invoicing time if applicable. The tax is based upon the shipping location.

Tax-Exempt Status
For customers in the United States, tax-exempt status requires a resale certificate, other exempt certificate or a direct pay permit to be on file with Yokogawa Corporation of America; if not on file, the order will be considered as taxable.
 
If you are an existing Yokogawa Corporation of America customer, you can contact the YCA Store at 800-888-6400 to be set up as a B2B (business-to-business) customer. This will ensure that any tax exemptions that apply for your business will be processed.

Freight Information
Freight charges on the YCA Store are calculated using UPS On-Line. Currently customers in the United States are serviced primarily using UPS Ground; with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, which are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air. Customers in Puerto Rico are also sent via UPS 2nd Day Air. Customers in Canada receive their shipments via UPS Canada Std. All other shipments outside of the United States are currently sent UPS Worldwide Express.
 
Since 5/22/03, we have allowed customers in the United States to choose from one of several UPS shipping methods.
